Kids Ministry

Early Childhood

Our Early Childhood ministry is for infants to preschoolers and takes place every Sunday at 9 and 11 am. Our goal is to make and mature more followers of Christ by partnering with families to build a faith that looks and feels real in everyday life.

Our weekly environments are created especially for your infant through preschool-aged children. We focus on three Basic Truths:

  • God made me.
  • God loves me.
  • Jesus wants to be my friend forever.

We plan a full hour for your preschooler that includes Bible stories, songs, crafts, games, snack, and small group time for prayer and discussion. We can’t wait to meet them!

Elementary

New North Kids Elementary is for children from Kindergarten to 5th grade and takes place every Sunday at 9 and 11 am. We hope to make and mature more followers of Christ by partnering with families to build a faith that looks and feels real in everyday life. Before your kids head off to Middle School our goal is that these three mindsets stick with them:

  • I need to make the wise choice.
  • I can trust God no matter what.
  • I should treat others the way I want to be treated.

We all meet together for worship and stories at our Large Group, but our main focus comes in our age-specific Small Group time. Here we delve into God’s Word, spend time talking to Him, and build lasting friendships.

Volunteer

We are so happy you are interested in serving with New North Kids! We always need help and are excited you want to be a part of the fun. New North Kids is broken down into 3 different groups to serve in: New North Kids General, Early Childhood (Nursery, Toddlers, & Preschool) and Elementary. Within those sub groups there are many areas in which we can use your help. Below are the areas in which you can serve.
